Existence

The Unnecessary Department was established to address a problem that did not exist.

In a world saturated with departments, divisions, task forces, subcommittees, working groups, and cross-functional teams, we identified a critical vacancy: a department with no function, no deliverables, and no reason to exist.

We filled that vacancy.

The Department does not solve problems. It does not create value. It does not inspire, disrupt, scale, or pivot. It does not have a vision, a mission, or a five-year plan.

The Department issues memos. They are not requested. They are issued regardless.

Operations are ongoing. They will remain ongoing until forgotten, whichever comes first.

This statement is also unnecessary.
It has been issued regardless.
